New User onboarding
A User submits a New User Onboarding Request through the portal.
If the reporter is an approver (POC/CC): The Jira squad will provide the user with access to the project and confluence.
If the reporter is not an approver (POC/CC): Approval request will be sent to respective POC/CC.
Once the request is approved, the user access will be granted, and the reporter will receive a resolution status notification in JSR.
A Trigger email will be sent to the cross-charge team with the required details.
If the request is not approved, the reporter will receive an email notification with the details of the person who rejected the request.
User Revoke Access
A User submits a Revoke Request through the portal.
If approval email attached in JSR request: Jira squad will revoke the user access.
If the reporter is an approver (POC/CC): The Jira squad will revoke the user access.
If the reporter is not an approver (POC/CC): Approval request will be sent to respective POC/CC.
Once the request is approved, the user access will be revoked, and the reporter will receive a notification on the status.
If the request is not approved, the reporter will receive an email notification with the details of the person who rejected the request.
