Currently in the process of finalising commercials. Challenge of changes in the team which is complicating the lockdown of the scope. Workshop coming up next week and want to ensure by then there is alignment on what needs to be delivered from all sides.


Package 3 - back-end dev. Key delivery week for Mulesoft integration. 

Concern is US team getting operations up and running and finance lead comfortable with new system. Making space for WoW sessions. 

Two scenarios:

  1. Scheduling testing and support sessions between Per/Priyanka: need to schedule some deep dives to understand how they need to be set up and fully scheduled testing planned is scheduled.
  2. PGLS - what does transition and ongoing support model is - these need to be set up. 

Include developers in Amplience training - Priyanka to share list of names (sessions will be recorded) - Key date for training on Thursday.

Alex consulting team on European plans and trying to understand if a DTC Transactional site is part of a longer term roadmap in order to consider that in the choice of ERP.

Changes: connectivity through Mulesoft or directly through Shopify (TBC) - Shamik to advise. Understand what their fulfilment system is working on - would be good to understand how they work.  Need to check if they have been added to the SC roster - Andrew Yang (Ioanna) July in UK, US TBC

T2 considering a dedicated team or whether a BE member can have the bandwith to support. Kick-off meetings asap, need a decision by early next week. 

Subscription functionality - work is in progress (delivery mid-August)

Launched the new checkout journey 

Need to look at the numbers and see whether it has resulted in the desired impact. 



Action items

  • Ensure periodic architecture reviews of Shopify projects (quite a few currently in the pipeline) driven by local markets
  • Mailchimp - does the security protocol apply for Blue Air given that its a soft integration. Bronto doesn't integrate with Gigya. 
  • Review our options: dotmailer, bronto, adobe team - ask Mike for capability map - cost comparison between Dotmailer and Bronto (cost feature/analysis) - Ioanna
