For Internal Users:

Internal User:

  1. Start

  2. Redirect to SSO Authentication

    • Users are redirected to the Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication page.

  3. Enter Unilever Email and Password

    • Users enter their Unilever email and password.

  4. SSO Authentication Successful?

    • Yes: Access Granted to Jira

    • No: Access Denied, Retry Login

  2.  Login with Atlassian Email and Password

o   Users enter their Atlassian email and password.

  1.  First Step Verification Successful?

o   Yes: Proceed to Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

o   No: Access Denied, Retry Login

  1. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

o   Users enter the 8-digit authentication token code sent to their email ID.

  1.   2FA Verification Successful?

o   Yes: Access Granted to Jira

o   No: Access Denied, Retry 2FA
