Action items
- Tashan has left the team as of Monday and all project info has been handed over to Hannah. Any remaining dev work for My-T, PG Tips and Maille will be picked up by the Platform team but for any new works there will need to be cross-charging.
- Nexxus: currently facing two issues with the main one being around adding a Wishlist and how this has impacted infra. For any new projects we need to look at the SAFE framework and ensure that any UX features are reviewed to ensure that if there's any impact on the site performance this is considered.
- T2: New release coming next week.
- Ioanna will share detail on Mailchimp issue and what we need to do for brands who are already using it. Schedule meeting with the Shopify email marketing project team.
- Maille will change fulfilment partners - Priyanka will get back to the team with the below tech questions
- What is there current site speed and against what are they benchmarking?
- Do they have any new front-end requirements?
- What will the involvement of senior consultants bring to the project?
